Management turnover is expensive ($19,023 per manager, according to People Report) and has a negative impact on almost all facets of operations. The first step in reducing turnover is to determine why managers are leaving.
As a neutral third party, CRS conducts detailed telephone exit interviews that identify the REAL reasons people leave an organization. We gather qualitative and quantitative data on critical topics and provide targeted, realistic recommendations that, if implemented, will significantly reduce turnover and improve retention.
RESULTS:
- Identify REAL reasons why employees are leaving the organization.
- Analyze managers’ perceptions on key criteria related to their employment experience.
- Make decisions based on a higher quantity and better quality of information.
- Focus the internal staff on implementing resolutions to opportunities identified through the exit interview process.
- Collect real-time feedback on new initiatives.
“I think what first impressed me was the way CRS wanted to use the same verbiage we used...they don't just ask generic questions...they actually take the questions and relate them to how Carino's conducts business. This helps to get a deeper response. The interviews are scheduled quickly and the information is shared in a timely manner. The reports are detailed. The quarterly summary reports are helpful for identifying key areas of improvement.”
